The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is already generating plenty of hype, but that hasn’t stopped CD Projekt RED from trying to crank it up a bit with a mysterious new tease.
The Witcher 3 website has been updated and now contains a teaser page called “The Trail”.
The page doesn’t seem to contain much – a few social media widgets and a pre-order link. But if it lives up to CD Projekt RED’s traditions, it will eventually point to something pretty tasty.
Our best guess at this stage is a new cinematic trailer, but that comment “follow the trail” may hint at something more substantial. The page’s source didn’t reveal any secrets after a cursory glance, and the Internet doesn’t seem to have turned up anything, either.
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is coming to PC, PS4 and Xbox One in February, so don’t forget about it over the holidays while you’re glorying in the November release glut.
